We have been renting our rooms for a couple of years now and we are proud that we have been fulfilling the students’ expectations. Anyway, we would be happy if you decided to live in our facilyties too – during your studies at Krems.
„Student.Loft.Krems“ is located in the city center of Krems nearby the Steinertor (landmark). You can reach Campus Krems and the main train station by feet (approx. 10 min to walk). More information about the location.
Six single bedrooms, common living room, fully equipped kitchen, chill out corner, a bathroom, two toilets and a washing machine will fit this loft-location. Additional a roofgarden is for your pleasure. More information about the loft.
In addition to the six rooms in the apartment, we also have the “Power Tower” on the same premises, which offers four additional rooms. The “Power Tower” is also equipped with a kitchen, a shared common area, Wi-Fi, a bathroom with shower, toilet, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a small outdoor area. Depending on size of our bedrooms you will pay different prices. The rate includes all utility costs eg. heating, electricity, water, WiFi and tax.
